By accessing and using the Better U Referrals portal, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Referrals Program

Our referrals program allows you to earn credits by referring customers to Better U products and services.

• Credits are earned based on successful referrals
• Credits are subject to a 30-day refund protection window before release
• Credits are non-cash and redeemable toward Better U products and services
• Fraudulent activity will result in account termination

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
